Policy and Procedures

PAYMENTS:
We do not accept payment until your order is ready completed and ready to ship.
Communications will be opened as we are closer to finalize the order. This allows payment and confirmed shipping info to be completed.
Our accepted forms of payment will be discussed with clients direct. Must be 21 or over to purchase from our site by entering into a transaction with us you agree that you are of legal age.

RETURNS:
Under NO circumstance are used products or accessories accepted for an exchange/return or refund. Each product must be clean and completely unused. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are interested in an exchange/return or refund contact customer service at the store purchased.
Talk with a customer service representative first before you mail your product. Products mailed directly to the shop will not be accepted without prior notification. Any product that arrives at the shop dirty or used will be immediately destroyed without a refund. A restocking fee, equal to five percent of the item price will be charged for any returns and exchanges.

SHIPPING:
To ensure delivery, orders over $300.00 will have a signature required for delivery. Each order will be provided a tracking number upon shipping to avoid lost shipments. Rates for the U.S Postal Service fluctuate therefore shipping prices may have a slight variation. All packages are sent USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery. Customers can submit a special request to have the package shipped overnight for an additional charge.

Due to our limited staff, we will be changing how often we ship.  As of 2/2018, we will be shipping on Wednesday and Friday of each week.

If the outside of your package is damaged or you suspect there to be damaging to the product, do not accept or open the package. Once you accept the package, you also accept the way the contents come inside. After the package is opened, it decreases the credibility of a damaged package and product. Return the package back to the sender and Contact Pukinbeagle of the possible damaged product.
